Who we are
Forever PM ("we", "us") provides property management services in Calgary, Alberta. We handle personal information in accordance with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
We collect personal information you provide directly to us, including: contact details (name, phone, email) submitted through our website forms; property information provided when requesting a quote; and, for rental applicants and tenants, application information such as employment details, income verification, credit reports (with your consent), references, and identification, as required to provide property management services.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to: respond to enquiries and provide quotes; screen rental applications and administer tenancies under Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act; manage properties on behalf of owners and condominium corporations; process payments; meet legal and regulatory obligations; and communicate about services you have requested. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
When we share it
We share personal information only when necessary to deliver our services: with property owners regarding their own properties; with credit reporting agencies during tenant screening (with consent); with contractors performing work at a managed property (limited to access details); and with authorities when required by law. Service providers who process data on our behalf are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Website data & cookies
Our website may use analytics tools that collect anonymized usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type — to help us improve the site. Form submissions are transmitted securely and used only to respond to your enquiry.
Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law — tenancy and financial records carry statutory retention periods in Alberta. Information is stored with reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, and access is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing (which may limit the services we can provide). To make a request, contact us at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change, and post the current version on this page with a revised date. Questions about this policy can be sent to[email protected].
