We came at it from the other end. Our background is in the trades — scoping jobs, pricing work, and fixing the things that property managers only ever see as line items. Years of doing repair work for Calgary rental properties showed us the same pattern on repeat: owners paying too much for maintenance they couldn't verify, tenants waiting weeks for simple fixes, and managers who communicated with neither.
